We are pleased to announce the July 2026 release of LISTECH Neo, the next generation surveying, engineering, and geospatial software. This release includes numerous new features, improvements to existing functionality, and engineering fixes to make Neo even better. Some of these improvements include:

- Extraction by Object Intersection
- Extraction by Offset Range
- Report Long Section Segments
- Various Modify tools
- View Templates
- Export of long section views to AutoCAD DWG/DXF and MicroStation DGN
- Added support for text borders
- Added support for leaders
- Added support for NSW LRS LandXML
- Added support for HeXML 2.2 and 2.3
- Enhanced the Create Point by Object Intersection tool to optionally break both objects
- Enhanced the Examine Offset tool to show the reference and offset bearings
- Enhanced the Examine tools to copy results to the clipboard by clicking on them
- Enhanced the Alignment Conformance report to optionally include easting and northing
- Enhanced the Closure tool to allow selection of observations
- Enhanced the MicroStation DGN export to output terrain models as meshes instead of shapes
- Enhanced the MRWA template to include layer 21_10A and chainage text styles
- Enhanced the MRWA export to allow exporting both Water and Sewer in a single step
- Changed the tolerance checking in comparison and conformance reports to use rounded values
- Changed the ranking of coordinate classes so that Adjusted is higher than Reference
In addition, various other improvements and optimisations have been made throughout the system.
Getting the Neo July 2026 Release
Neo licences that are on LISTECH Cover or have a Leica Geosystems Customer Care Package (CCP) with an expiry date of June 1, 2026 or later, can download, install, and run this release via the downloads section of the LISTECH Neo product page.
